By accessing or using Furl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You also agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations while using the App. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Furl. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Furl for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code, unless applicable laws prohibit these restrictions.
Furl lets you save links, posts, notes and other content to your device. You retain all rights to the content you save. You are responsible for the content you save and for ensuring your use of third-party content respects the rights of its owners and the terms of the platforms it comes from. You agree not to use the App to store or organize content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
Your library is stored locally on your device. Certain optional features (link previews, AI categorization, subscriptions) involve limited data processing as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App you consent to that processing. Please review the Privacy Policy for details.
Furl offers an optional subscription ("Furl Pro") that unlocks unlimited saves and premium features such as AI categorization, hidden categories, export and bulk import. • Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings at any time. • Prices may vary by region and are shown before you confirm a purchase. • Refunds are handled by the app stores under their respective policies.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App itself — including its design, branding, code and features (but excluding content you save) — are and will remain the exclusive property of Protalogic. Third-party content you save through the App remains the property of its respective owners.
Furl is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that previews and AI-generated category suggestions will always be accurate. Content you save is stored on your device — we recommend exporting backups regularly, and we are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, deletion of the App, or operating system behavior.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Protalogic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Protalogic operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top and notify you through the App or other means. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
